FUNCTIONS
When planning for an engagement, Anniversary, Birthday or any other special occasion, the Pakenham Sports Club Bistro is ideal for any occasion. With its warm and idealistic atmosphere is perfect for any special occasion.
Catering for the small and intimate gatherings the Bistro is perfect for cocktail functions for up to 80 guests and sit-down functions for up to 50 guests.
Casual or elegant, your celebration should reflect your own personal style. Our Host and Staff will ensure that your event will be most memorable.
Room Hire Charge $150.00 (5 hours)
Bond required for 21st functions of $300.00
Security required for 21st functions at your expense
*Please note Pakenham Sports Club does not hire out for 18th Birthdays

CORPORATE HIRE
The bistro is available for hire for
Corporate Meetings, General Meetings or any other corporate events. Seating can range from 30 – 50 guests, Boardroom or Theatre Style.
The room is available
Sunday 11am – 10pm
Monday 9am – 10pm
Tuesday and Thursday 2.30pm – 5pm
Wednesday 9am – 11am and 2.30pm – 5pm
Friday 9am – 11am and 2.30pm – 5pm
Saturday 9am – 11pm
